LICENSE FOR THE INTRANET SLEUTHHOUND
Please read this License Agreement before using this software. By using this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to these terms, promptly cease all further installation or use of the software. It is agreed that certain restrictions under this License only apply to Intranet Sleuthhound software.

DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, "iSleuthHound" means "iSleuthHound Technologies"; "LICENSEE" means you, the licensee of the software; "SOFTWARE" means the Intranet Sleuthhound software, including any technology and utility software licensed by iSleuthHound from the developers and owners thereof to iSleuthHound, together with all accompanying documentation.

LICENSE
In consideration of your undertaking to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, iSleuthHound grants you, the LICENSEE, a non-exclusive license to use the Software and to view the documentation on a single computer system. It is also agreed that the License granted to the LICENSEE pertaining Intranet Sleuthhound is non-transferable. The LICENSEE may not use the Software on more than one network server and connected nodes on same network, and not more than one standalone PC at the same time. This Agreement does not grant the LICENSEE any rights to patents, copyrights, trade names, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights, functions or licenses in respect of the Software.

EVALUATION LICENSE
If you have obtained an evaluation copy of the Software, and have not purchased a license to the Software, iSleuthHound grants you a 30-day non-exclusive license to use the Software, where a day is only counted if the Software is run ("used"), free of charge for the purpose of evaluating whether you wish to purchase an ongoing license for the Software. WARNING: Evaluation copies of the Software will become non-functional after thirty (30) days, where a day is only counted if the Software is run ("used"), following initial installation on your computer. iSleuthHound disclaims all liability and responsibility for any loss of data or other information, which may occur as a result thereof. You may distribute the evaluation version archive and make as many copies as you like provided that it is the official evaluation version archive. You are required to verify this. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

COPYRIGHT AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The Software contains copyrighted material and, in its human readable form, it contains trade secrets and proprietary information owned by or licensed to iSleuthHound. Title to and ownership of the Software and the documentation that accompanies the Software and all intellectual property rights in the Software and said documentation are and shall remain the sole property of iSleuthHound and/or its licensors.

The LICENSEE may not de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce it to human readable form. The LICENSEE may not modify, rent, lease, loan the Software or distribute copies of it. The LICENSEE may not electronically transfer the Software over a network, a telephone circuit or the Internet. These restrictions related to the distribution and electronic transfer of the Software does not apply to The Sleuthhound! software. The LICENSEE may not sub-license, assign or transfer this License. The LICENSEE may not copy the printed information in the package. The LICENSEE may not adapt or use any trademark or trade name which is likely to be similar to or confusing with that of iSleuthHound or any of its licensors or take any other action which impairs or reduces the trademark rights of iSleuthHound or of its licensors.

The LICENSEE may make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes, provided that the LICENSEE duplicates the copyright notice and other identifying information on the disk's label and affix such notice to the backup copy. The LICENSEE may print a copy of the documentation from the disk only for the LICENSEE's use for the sole purpose of operating the Software.

NO WARRANTY
iSleuthHound does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations that the functions contained in the Software will meet the LICENSEE's requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any other Software and any hardware furnished with or accompanying the Software is not warranted by iSleuthHound.

SECURITY ISSUE
ISLEUTHHOUND TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SECURITY OFFERED BY USE OF THE SUPPLIED SECURITY TEMPLATES. ISLEUTHHOUND TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY OTHER FORM OF SECURITY IN PASSWORD PROTECTION OF FOLDERS, DOCUMENTS NOR SEARCH ZONES, BY YOUR USE OF THE SUPPLIED SECURITY SYSTEM. INTRANET SLEUTHHOUND DOES NOT OFFER SYSTEM WIDE SECURITY, ANY FORM OF SYSTEM SECURITY ACCESS NOR ANY FORM OF SECURITY FUNCTION BY USE OF SUPPLIED SECURITY TEMPLATES. ADMINISTRATIVE SECURITY OF THE NETWORK, LOCAL INTRANET, SERVERS AND INTRANET SLEUTHHOUND WEB SERVER IS FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACTS RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES GRANTED TO USERS BY SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR SECURITY POLICIES.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will iSleuthHound and/or its distributors or licensors, be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of this agreement (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data or other economic advantage), however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if iSleuthHound and/or its distributors or licensors, has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage, however caused and on any theory of liability. This exclusion includes any liability that may arise out of third-party claims against the licensee. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

GOVERNING LAW
This license will be governed by the laws of the State of Russia as they are applied to agreements between Russian residents entered into and to be performed entirely within Russia. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically disclaimed.

TERMINATION
This License shall remain in full force and effect unless and until terminated. This License will terminate immediately, automatically and without notice if the LICENSEE fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the LICENSEE must stop using the Software, erase or destroy all copies of the Software, and destroy all printed information provided with the Software.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and iSleuthHound Technologies and supersedes any other prior agreements or communications regarding the Software. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect.

WAIVER
The failure by iSleuthHound Technologies or any of its licensors to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this agreement, to exercise any election or option provided herein, or to require at any time the performance by you of any of the provisions herein will not in any way be construed as a waiver of such provisions.
