About Plug-Ins for The Sleuthhound! Pro |

The Sleuthhound! Pro now supports plug-ins which provide an extension of program functionality. The Plug-ins are additional modules which
give The Sleuthhound! Pro greater document search capacity through
providing access to new document formats.
Plug-ins are assembled in unique packages. These packages are named
"SHP" (*.shp) and can be downloaded from this web site after purchase.
The Sleuthhound packages may contain one or several plug-ins.
The Standard Plug-in package (consisting of Rich Text format, and
Universal format) is a part of the normal The Sleuthhound! Pro
installation. You will not need to download this plug-in. It is already
part of your Sleuthhound! Pro. When you run The Sleuthhound PRO you
will see the additional documents available for search. Your standard
plug-in is already present.

How to install Plug-ins |
|
Before installing Plug-ins you must first download new plug-ins from the iSleuthhound Technologies web site and unzip it into some folder or on the Desktop. Run The Sleuthhound! Pro, select Options/Plug-Ins. Click Plug button, select *.shp file that contain plug-ins and open it. When install is complete, you will receive a confirmation message.
Issues for Windows NT users and Windows 2000 users:
Plug-ins MUST be installed under Administrator login.
